ABOUT ME
Hello!
I’M GLAD YOU’RE HERE
Documenting people’s stories has always felt like something sacred to me, and I’m honored each and every time I get to do it. If we’ve ever worked together, if you’re checking me out for the first time, or if you’re stalking my site waiting on the right time to reach out, I’m deeply honored to have your attention and consideration.
To tell you a little about me, I’m a 90’s baby (‘98 if that counts) who picked up a camera as a kid and never really put it down. Looking back, it’s nice to know this is always who I have been, even if photography sometimes took a backseat to other things as I grew- cringy improv troupes, competitive dirt bike racing, and running a Tumblr page dedicated to The Neighbourhood to name a few.
In the years before launching Comma Photography, I spent a lot of my time photographing local musicians and shows for a couple of small publications. What I loved about this time, and what I bring into my work today, is not so much the musicians, but how the music brought a group of virtual strangers together in a genuine way. I am a firm believer that life is about the little things, and what a little miracle it is when two strangers fall in love.
My goal as your photographer is to honor your story. This varies, naturally, from person to person, and I love the relationship I get build with my clients as we work together to discern what exactly that means to them.

My partner, Kyle and I! He’s my favorite person to do anything with, but especially travel and try new things. This was at my very first music festival Shaky Knees in Atlanta, GA
Our puppy, Banjo, being an angel (as per usual)
This started as a bit and ended better than expected
